Best Practices for Youth and Young Adult Substance Use Treatment- June 11, 2025

Presented by:Jordana Willers, Ed.M This training provides an overview of best practices to support youth and young adults in recovery from addiction and their families. We will lay the foundation for effective substance use treatment programs by focusing first guiding principles. We will then explore effective organizational structure and how this is maintained (e.g. through professional boundaries, organizational policies and procedures, developmentally appropriate activities, and ongoing staff training and support).

Presented by: Cheryl LeBlond, LCSW Breaking it Down is an interactive five-hour in-person workshop. The workshop is designed for those who would like an opportunity to increase their ethical awareness, strengthen their ability to identify dilemmas and learn steps to break down the decision-making process towards resolution. The group will have an opportunity to participate in a practical and universal decision-making format.
